When the pen falls silent, the words remain.

Ngugi you have left behind a legacy of captivating stories, memorable characters and intriguing themes that will continue to educate, inspire and entertain lovers of Literature.
I am grateful for the time I had to read, study and teach some of your works like; Weep Not Child, Devil on the Cross, I will Mary when I want and Minutes of Glory among many other pieces.
Your pen may be silent but the Literature society will indeed live to celebrate your works even in many more years to come.
RIP Ngugi wa Thiong’o🙏Your words will live on🕯

A tribute from Casper Grace.
